Manav Sampada: A Mobile App for Indian State Government Employees
Manav Sampada is a free Android app developed by NIC eGov Mobile Apps. This app is designed for the employees of any State Government in India who are using the Manav Sampada (Personnel MIS) software. With this app, employees can easily view their eService book, which includes information related to employee, education, family, training, joining, leave, tour, salary service history, and more.
One of the main features of this app is that employees can view the balance of various types of leave on their mobile device and submit applications for leave or tour approval. Additionally, employees can delete leave (until it is pending) and cancel their approved leave. Reporting officers can also use this app to view the leaves applied by their subordinates and approve or reject these leave applications. The same process applies to tour requests.
